Don't buy it. Looks good but sucks!
Tommy Bahamas doesn't care about the customer's experience. They take no roll in helping their clients. They push you to the manufacturer who can care less about our experience. Please don't buy it. The wheels broke and the stopper plug doesn't stay in. No replacements.

Very good looking and functional cooler!
Love this cooler, but as others have mentioned, the plastic liner has cracked on the corners and the mechanism securing the lids has broken. Very disappointing. Hoping to replace the liners and lids without needing to replace the entire cooler.

Very attractive cooler.
The cooler is beautiful and has many nice features - the bottle opener, storage shelf, and side tray, but we were very disappointed when we found all four corners onf the interior plastic cracked.

None Other than sitting on my deck and BBQing
I really enjoy my Cooler on the whole however it has developed cracks in the innwer lining and the top covers have broken so the lids do not stay attached. mMy question is the anyway I can get a new liner and tops, so I don't have to purchase a whole new set up.?

We love our cooler... but.
We love our rolling cooler. We have a pool and love to entertain and this cooler is ideal for keeping beverages cold. But the inner plastic insert has cracked along the edges. Very disappointed because we love using it but I'm afraid someone is going to get hurt on the sharp edges.

Both my fav TB product & most disappointing one.
Out of all the TB products we had over the last 15 years, this is one of my favorites and the only one I felt a disappointed with. Pulling the cooler out this spring to see the top doors warped and the paint is peeling prompt me to reach out to TB about this.

I love my Tommy Bahama cooler
The only problem that I have is I am looking for the beer cap catcher. It slides right in the front as the catcher slides in perfect. I lost that piece and I can not find it anywhere.

love this cooler..
I am so shocked to read the reviews on the rolling cooler. I have had the cooler for 6 years, and the person I purchased it from had it for at least 3.. We use it at our Venue/event hall and its very "loved". we have had no issues at all.. no cracking or any other issues.. it has been absolutely a gem of a cooler. My only disappointment is, someone misplaced the "plug" and I do not see where I can purchase a replacement plug.. Other than that, the cooler is awesome... we love it.

For a product that's sells for $350, Tommy Bahama should be ashame that they're even marketing this product. The insulated part of the cooler is already cracking after 1 season of using it and storing it in the house. Never, never will I buy another product with your logo on it. What a disgrace!!!!

Great looking cooler, but....
This is a great looking cooler and we get a lot of compliments. However, two quality issues with it. The inside cracked and had to duck tape it. Also one of the casters is off so it does not sit even.
We make do and it still functions, but I would think that a $300+ cooler would have better quality. Tommy Bahama, Any chance of a warranty exchange?

Tommy bahama cooler didn't hold up as expected
We purchased this cooler a few years ago. We keep it indoors except for when we have parties. Unfortunately the inside white liner cracked and the blue lid warped and doesn't fit properly as a result. Not much of a cooler without a good lid. It's headed to the dump. Too bad and not the quality expected from your brand.

I have a nice cooler but it does stay in the sun at times and the cover has been damaged due to the Florida climate. Please tell me how to get another Tommy Bahama cooler cover. I have not seen one on you web site.

100 quart rolling cooler
I love my Tommy Bahamas 100-quart rolling cooler! It’s so handsome in our back deck and cools our drinks well in a tub of ice! Alas, a friend borrowed it for her house party and the drain cap fell off and is now lost! We can’t find a replacement and our cooler now drips water. Please help!
