Ship Method - Outdoor Furniture

TommyBahama.com outdoor furniture is shipped separate from other Tommy Bahama merchandise via CEVA Logistics. Once your order has reached the CEVA delivery warehouse in your area, CEVA customer service will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment. Merchandise will be placed inside your doorway, garage or the covered area of your choice (does not include debris removal or disposal). Furniture deliveries are typically made 1-2 weeks from the date of order between 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday. Carrier requires a 4 hour delivery window and a call notification will be made within 1 hour of actual delivery time. We are not able to ship outdoor furniture to Alaska or Hawaii.

Delivery - Outdoor Furniture

  • Upon delivery please inspect your order immediately. If any damages are detected, mark "Product Damaged" on driver's delivery receipt and follow "Returning a Purchase" guidelines.
  • If the package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once we receive the damaged package back, we will send a new one if available. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts or a complete replacement, we will pay delivery charges to return the item.
  • If you accept a package and then discover parts are missing or damaged, do not discard the packaging. Please contact us within 24 hours. We will ship you the replacement parts at no extra charge. If we cannot replace parts, we will have the carrier pick up the item and we will send a replacement once we receive it at our warehouse. Again, all returned products should be in the original packaging.
  • In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.
Return Policy - Outdoor Furniture

We guarantee your total satisfaction with our products. If you are unsatisfied with something you purchased from us, regardless of the reason, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt, at which time we will credit, exchange, or refund the purchase price of that item.

Please note that some of our products are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. We are not able to take back products that are modified in any way. Please contact us if you need more information about shipping, restocking and exclusions on any products you wish to order.

If needed, you may cancel your order before it has shipped. If you refuse delivery after shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to all restocking and handling fees according to our Return Policy.

Guidelines for Returning an Outdoor Furniture Purchase

  • Outdoor furniture is not available for online returns and will not be accepted at any Tommy Bahama Retail Store or Corporate Office. Please Contact Us by email or by calling 866-986-8282 to schedule a truck pick-up. Include your name, original order number, and what product(s) you are returning. We will issue you a "Return Authorization Number," which will be used by CEVA Logistics to confirm your return in their system. Returns that have not been authorized first cannot be accepted.
  • CEVA Customer Service will contact you for a return pick-up appointment within 5 business days.
  • Please do not request a credit of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear on your statement. This will normally occur within one billing cycle.
  • Please Note: Other than a return or exchange due to an error on our part, we cannot refund delivery and handling surcharges.
Warranty Information - Outdoor Furniture, Ceilings Fans & Outdoor Rugs

Outdoor Furniture

  • All weather resin and loom furnishings are warranted for three years from date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Cast and extruded aluminum furnishings are warranted against all defects in materials and workmanship for five years from date of purchase on the finish.
  • Mosaic marble tabletops are warranted for two years from date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty excludes resealing, if necessary.
  • Cushions are warranted against seam separation, fabric slippage, flaws and dye lot variations at time of delivery only.
Ceiling Fans

  • Ceiling fans are covered by a limited warranty. The motor is covered for the life of the fan; all other components and accessories are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase.
Outdoor Rugs

  • Outdoor rugs are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase.
